What we collect
Account & contact: your name, email, phone, and shipping address, so we can reach you and fulfill orders.
Consent records: when you sign a telehealth consent we record that you agreed, with a timestamp, a fingerprint (hash) of the exact consent text you saw, and your IP address (truncated for privacy). We do not collect medical history, questionnaire answers, or prescriptions through this website. Your provider gathers that during your consultation.
Payment: card payments are processed by our payment provider (Square). We never receive or store your full card number.
Site usage: basic analytics about how the site is used. We don't sell your browsing history or share it with advertisers.
How we use it
To fulfill your orders, schedule and conduct your consultation, comply with applicable regulations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is limited to staff who need it, and IP addresses are truncated before storage. Card numbers are never stored on our servers, and no medical records are collected through this site.
Children
Our services are not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
