Compounded medications are personalized prescriptions. Pharmacy regulations limit returns and refunds, but we will always make a quality issue right.
Compounded medications cannot be returned
Federal and state pharmacy regulations prohibit the return or resale of compounded medications once they leave our clinic. We are not able to accept returns for refund, store credit, or exchange.
Quality issues
If your shipment arrives damaged, out of spec, or with a quality concern, contact us within 7 days. Our clinic will verify the issue and ship a replacement at no cost.
Cancellations before fulfillment
Orders can be cancelled at any time before fulfillment. Your card is authorized at checkout, not charged. We capture the charge only after your provider approves your protocol. If you cancel before approval, the authorization is voided and no charge appears on your statement. Once your protocol is dispensed, the order can no longer be cancelled.
