Once your provider approves your protocol, your prescription ships from our licensed clinic. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of approval.
How we ship
We use trusted carriers with end-to-end tracking. Temperature- sensitive peptides ship with cold-chain packaging and arrive within the required temperature window or we replace the order.
Packaging is plain and unbranded, with no clinic name visible on the outside.
Delivery times
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days within the contiguous US. Cold-chain shipments are typically expedited to 1-2 business days. International shipping is not currently available.
Signature & adult delivery
Some controlled medications require an adult signature on delivery. We'll let you know during checkout whether your order has this requirement.
Tracking & support
You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships. If your shipment is delayed or arrives damaged, contact our team and we'll resolve it promptly.
